Work with various products like decorating bags and nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering. Ensure adherence to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines, and operate equipment while maintaining cold chain compliance.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to improve sales, the shopping experience, and associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for production, merchandise ordering, and product quality decisions while adapting to new tools.
- Be an Owner: Ensure the performance of the bakery area by adhering to quality and date control standards. Eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand by modeling high-quality service and products, assist in training and mentoring associates, and contribute to building a team-oriented and supportive work environment.
- Comply with Company Policies: Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Utilize the Open Door Policy and take necessary actions to execute business processes efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience of Walmart Cake Decorator:
- 6 months of experience in a fresh production area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
