Job Duties and Responsibilities of Walmart Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations:

• Define the scope of work and project objectives for multiple operational improvement initiatives.
• Lead a team dedicated to executing improvement projects across numerous stores.
• Assemble comprehensive management plans for projects.
• Track changes to project plans and ensure the timely resolution of critical issues.
• Manage the governance of project plans, adhering to established guidelines.
• Monitor budgets and control costs for assigned projects.
• Deliver engaging presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders at regular intervals.
• Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for various project management tasks.

Qualifications and Experience of Walmart Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, Management, or a related field and 4 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or a related field; OR 6 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing project budgets is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Salary:

• Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, geographic location, level of job offer, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
• The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
