Job Duties and Responsibilities of Walmart Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations:
- Define the scope of work and project objectives for multiple operational improvement initiatives.
- Lead a team dedicated to executing improvement projects across numerous stores.
- Assemble comprehensive management plans for projects.
- Track changes to project plans and ensure the timely resolution of critical issues.
- Manage the governance of project plans, adhering to established guidelines.
- Monitor budgets and control costs for assigned projects.
- Deliver engaging presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders at regular intervals.
- Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for various project management tasks.
Qualifications and Experience of Walmart Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, Management, or a related field and 4 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or a related field; OR 6 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing project budgets is preferred.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Salary:
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, geographic location, level of job offer, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
- The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
