Job Summary of Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the store. This includes ensuring cleanliness from the parking lot to restrooms and receiving areas. Support overall store operations by providing sanitation and janitorial services during overnight shifts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Maintenance:

• Perform general cleaning duties across store areas including floors, restrooms, parking lot, breakrooms, and receiving areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and sweepers.
• Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal in compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications and Experience of Maintenance:

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
• Team-oriented with a positive and dependable work ethic.

Salary:

Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour
