Job Summary of Specialty Compliance and Ethics Senior Analyst:

Contribute to Walmart’s e-commerce safety by supporting global compliance efforts for regulatory standards such as KYC, KYB, AML, and due diligence. This role offers the opportunity to drive improvements across Walmart’s omni chael products and help ensure regulatory compliance within a leading global marketplace.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Specialty Compliance and Ethics Senior Analyst:

• Support the development and refinement of standards to ensure Walmart platform compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align policy decisions with business objectives.
• Identify and assess compliance risks related to processes, products, and controls.
• Collect and analyze data for investigations, prepare reports, and communicate findings to management.
• Develop written materials and presentations to communicate compliance recommendations.
• Maintain documentation related to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Address complex compliance issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Experience of Specialty Compliance and Ethics Senior Analyst:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a policy analyst or compliance-related role, preferably in identity compliance.
• Knowledge of global regulations including KYC, KYB, AML, due diligence, and screening.
• Proficiency in computer skills such as Excel and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• CAM certification preferred but not required.

Salary:

The aual salary ranges from $70,000 to $169,000, depending on experience.
