Qualifications and Experience of Sales Store Manager:

• The requirement includes obtaining a bachelor's degree and gaining at least two years of general management expertise entailing financial obligations and leadership over 50+ nonexempt and 5+ exempt personnel. This role involves overseeing performance assessments, mentoring, hiring, and managing terminations. Alternatively, four years of general management experience with a similar range of supervisory functions are also accepted.
• Meeting all necessary evaluations and trainings with proficiency.
• Facilities involved in the sale of firearms may need to comply with firearms-specific background checks and training requirements.
• For those looking to enroll in a Business Management and Leadership program, the preferred institutions are Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Mandatory requirements consist of 2 years managing store operations in low to medium complexity retail environments, or significant exposure to high-volume retail settings.
• Skilled in the coordination of operations within fresh or dry grocery departments.
