Job Summary of Member Services Assistant:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized parking lot, assisting members with purchases, and supporting our club pick-up service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Member Services Assistant:

• Confirm the timely processing of club pick-up requests, updating members on any delays, and presenting alternative product selections.
• Maintain facility safety through regular safety assessments and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure exceptional member assistance by aiding in purchases, accurately processing transactions, and efficiently resolving any issues that members may encounter.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization are upheld in the parking lot and designated spots.
• Observe the organization's policies, processes, and ethical principles in all transactions and responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience of Member Services Assistant:

• Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service or retail.
• Proficient in navigating a quick work environment and prioritizing tasks with accuracy.
• Displaying advanced problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing superior customer service.
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods and work in different weather conditions.
