Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Team Member:

• Conduct swift product scans, ensure precise transaction handling, and deliver polite aid for customer inquiries.
• By ensuring your checkout area is orderly, you can lessen the potential for lost sales and unhappy customers.
• Support colleagues as necessary to maintain a seamless customer experience in every area of the store.

• A welcoming setting can be achieved by gathering carts from the parking lot and consistently cleaning restrooms, sales floor, and parking areas.
• Safely reposition carts to enhance store aesthetics and maintain presentation standards using equipment.
• Show a positive mindset and a determined demeanor, come rain, wind, or snow, to consistently meet the standards set by customers.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Team Member:

• Emitting positivity and a strong allegiance to ensuring customer approval.
• Accomplished at managing several obligations concurrently and succeeding in a fast-paced office.
• Those aiming for Cart and Janitorial positions should be equipped to handle different weather conditions and be comfortable standing for extended durations.
