Job Duties and Responsibilities of Walmart Store Lead:

• Project Ownership: Oversee the execution of remodel projects in assigned stores, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Communicate changes, challenges, and solutions to all involved parties.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Provide guidance and support to associates, resolving any concerns from stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with store leadership, suppliers, and associates to foster a collaborative and solution-driven work environment.
• Travel: Manage travel arrangements for project site visits. The position requires frequent travel to various store locations, including overnight stays.
• Training & Development: Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Experience of Walmart Store Lead:

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis. OR 3 years of relevant experience in project management or related fields.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
