Job Summary of Entertainment Team Associate:

This role involves engaging with customers on the salesfloor and recommending suitable entertainment merchandise based on their needs. Tech savvy and customer focused, associates ensure displays are well maintained and merchandise is readily available throughout the day.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Entertainment Team Associate:

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with entertainment products.
• Recommend merchandise based on customer interests and preferences.
• Move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing entertainment displays.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment processes.

Qualifications and Experience of Entertainment Team Associate:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with current entertainment technologies and products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of merchandising and inventory practices is a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Salary:

• $18 - $31 per hour
• Premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on work, schedule, or location.
