Your responsibilities include creating positive experiences for customers at our store by retrieving carts from the parking lot, operating equipment to move carts indoors, and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the shopping carts. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Seasonal Team Support:
- Gather shopping carts from the parking vicinity and transport them back inside the store.
- Engage with cart pushers as a means to efficiently move carts to different locations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of carts so they are customer-ready at all times.
- Enhance customer interactions by providing a welcoming and positive service environment.
- Manage tasks in all weather types to ensure the continuous availability of carts for patrons.
Qualifications and Experience of Seasonal Team Support:
- Prior experience not required; receive on-the-job instruction.
- Expresses a dedicated approach to work tasks and the capacity to operate in diverse weather conditions.
- Upholding a cheerful outlook and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work alone and take the lead in completing tasks ahead of time.
- The position demands the ability to lift and propel carts when called for.
