Job Summary of Digital Media Strategy & Plaing Director:

This position is responsible for driving media performance, managing agency partnerships, and spearheading iovation through data-driven plaing and optimization. The goal is to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while enhancing campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Digital Media Strategy & Plaing Director:

• Develop integrated paid media strategies across TV, radio, print, OOH, digital, social, and mobile platforms.
• Lead media plaing, buying, and execution to support marketing and business objectives.
• Use data analytics and modeling to inform media chael mix and campaign performance optimization.
• Oversee agency teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely campaign delivery.
• Manage US media budgets, assess ROI, and track operational costs for all paid campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, performance, and social marketing.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to implement strategic frameworks and media guidelines.
• Drive iovation by testing new platforms, advertising technologies, and media opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media publishers and technology providers.

Qualifications and Experience of Digital Media Strategy & Plaing Director:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in media and integrated marketing communications.
• Agency experience required; experience on the client side is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing chaels and full-fuel media strategies.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and collaborate with senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and strategic plaing skills.
