You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized parking lot, assisting members with purchases, and supporting our club pick-up service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Support Associate:

• Guarantee the prompt handling of club pick-up purchases, keeping members informed about any potential delays, and suggesting alternate product alternatives.
• Ensure facility safety by conducting frequent safety audits and following company procedures.
• Offer exceptional service to members by assisting with purchases, processing transactions, and effectively resolving any member-related queries or issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot and specified areas.
• Stay in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and ethical norms at all times.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Support Associate:

• Customer service or retail background is a plus.
• Skill in operating efficiently in a fast-paced setting and effectively categorizing tasks according to priority.
• Skilled in resolving issues and unwaveringly dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support.
• Being capable of standing for prolonged periods and operating in varying weather conditions.
