Power Equipment Operator
Job Summary of Power Equipment Operator:
Efficiently operate power equipment to move freight and products throughout the distribution network, ensuring stores are stocked and customers are satisfied. Focus on safe operations, high productivity, and maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Power Equipment Operator:
- Operate power equipment safely to transport, pull, replace, and deliver freight within the facility.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight to designated areas.
- Report unsafe working conditions, damaged products, or improper procedures to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and compliance.
- Drive tractor/trailers on property (Yard Driver) following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Transport trailers to appropriate destinations on the facility property.
- Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and operational goals.
Qualifications and Experience of Power Equipment Operator:
- Valid state-issued driver’s license (for Yard Driver role).
- 6 months of experience operating tractor/trailer units (for Yard Driver role).
- Strong focus on safety and compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy cases and working in extreme climates.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
