Job Summary:

As a Member Frontline Cashier Associate at Sam's Club, you play a critical role in ensuring our members have a great experience when shopping at our store. You will be the face of our front-end team, responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, and assisting with the self-checkout process. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members throughout their visit.

• Support members with self-checkout technology, helping to resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with product selection, and resolving concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring that all areas are member-ready.
• Adhere to company safety protocols, performing safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist in zoning and organizing merchandise to ensure an organized front-end environment.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics while carrying out job duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment such as cash registers and self-checkout systems.

Salary:

$16.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or performance. Premiums range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in certain circumstances.
