Job Summary:

As a Member Frontline Cashier Associate at Sam's Club, you play a critical role in ensuring our members have a great experience when shopping at our store. You will be the face of our front-end team, responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, and assisting with the self-checkout process. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members throughout their visit.

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with product selection, and resolving concerns.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment such as cash registers and self-checkout systems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining an organized and clean work area.

Salary:

$16.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or performance. Premiums range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in certain circumstances.
