Job Summary of Receiving Supervisor:
Duties consist of managing a specific section in the retail store, leading a team of staff to maintain excellent stock availability, adhere to department protocols, and achieve strong financial performance. This involves offering guidance, coaching, and support while ensuring superior customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Receiving Supervisor:
- Provide guidance and training to associates in their designated area to help them achieve performance standards.
- Maintain the stocking and presentation of shelves in alignment with store standards.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to assess the cleanliness and preparedness of the department.
- Address customer queries efficiently and in a professional maer.
- Strategize and set up for sales events or promotions that will impact the department.
- Employ basic arithmetic calculations and inventory software to maintain accurate stock records.
Qualifications and Experience of Receiving Supervisor:
- It is preferred for applicants to have prior retail or supervisory experience.
- Requisite skills include excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to allocate responsibilities, offer critiques, and efficiently manage one's time.
- Displays competence in navigating fast-paced work environments and multitasking effectively.
- Preparedness to work unconventional hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
Hourly wages for this position can range from $16.00 to $23.00, with supplementary premiums available up to $3.00.
