Job Duties and Responsibilities of Overnight Stock Associate:
- Transfer merchandise from the delivery trucks.
- Ensure that items are moved to the designated sales sections and shelves in line with Walmart's merchandising criteria for proper stocking.
- Conduct periodic stock inspections to maintain correct inventory tallies.
- Report any differences or discrepancies to management for proper handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization in the storage spaces at the back of the premises.
- Properly store and label goods to make them easily accessible when needed.
- Aid clients in identifying merchandise within the sales area.
- Insights into sales campaigns, promotions, and store protocols.
- Comply with safety regulations to sustain a secure work environment.
- Follow appropriate lifting guidelines and ensure the use of personal protective equipment.
- Achieve tasks promptly by cooperating with coworkers.
- Help out other areas of the store as and when the need arises.
Qualifications and Experience of Overnight Stock Associate:
- Preference is given to candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent.
