Job Duties and Responsibilities of Overnight Stock Associate:

• Transfer merchandise from the delivery trucks.
• Ensure that items are moved to the designated sales sections and shelves in line with Walmart's merchandising criteria for proper stocking.
• Conduct periodic stock inspections to maintain correct inventory tallies.
• Report any differences or discrepancies to management for proper handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization in the storage spaces at the back of the premises.
• Properly store and label goods to make them easily accessible when needed.
• Aid clients in identifying merchandise within the sales area.
• Insights into sales campaigns, promotions, and store protocols.
• Comply with safety regulations to sustain a secure work environment.
• Follow appropriate lifting guidelines and ensure the use of personal protective equipment.
• Achieve tasks promptly by cooperating with coworkers.
• Help out other areas of the store as and when the need arises.

Qualifications and Experience of Overnight Stock Associate:

• Preference is given to candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the retail industry is helpful.
• Competence in lifting heavy loads and undertaking demanding physical tasks.
