Job Summary of Stocking Team Associate:

This position focuses on receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise in the backroom and sales floor during overnight shifts. The role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision to ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is organized.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Stocking Team Associate:

• Unload trucks and sort freight according to designated areas.
• Stock shelves, bins, and displays with merchandise from the backroom.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
• Ensure all items are stored safely and securely to prevent damage or shrinkage.
• Keep the backroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Lift, carry, and move items weighing over 50 pounds frequently during shifts.

Qualifications and Experience of Stocking Team Associate:

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with stocking or inventory operations is a plus.
• Basic equipment handling skills, including use of pallet jacks or forklifts.

Salary:

Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour.
