Member Assist
Job Summary of Member Assist:
Contribute to an exceptional member experience by maintaining a clean and well organized parking lot, assisting members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are readily available. This role requires being active and on your feet, providing friendly and efficient support rain or shine to help members load their vehicles and create a positive shopping environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Member Assist:
- Fill club pickup orders by notifying members of delays, product availability, and alternatives.
- Maintain facility safety through safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Provide member service by greeting, assisting with purchases, processing transactions, and resolving issues.
- Organize merchandise, maintain cart availability, assist members with transporting items, and keep parking lot clean.
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards in daily operations.
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers to meet priorities and improve processes.
Qualifications and Experience of Member Assist:
- No minimum qualifications required.
- Preferred: Customer service or retail experience, including operating cash registers and mobile retail applications.
- Ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on member satisfaction.

Salary:
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00, with possible additional premiums based on schedule, season, or specific duties.
