Job Summary of Home Team Associate:

Assist customers in the Home department by recommending products, answering questions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and shoppable environment. This role ensures merchandise displays are neat and appealing while providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Home Team Associate:

• Greet customers and provide assistance with locating and selecting merchandise in the Home department.
• Make personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain well-organized shelves and ensure displays are fully stocked and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as necessary.
• Support store cleanliness and maintain a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications and Experience of Home Team Associate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of home goods or interest in home décor is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Salary:

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour
