• Ensure that club pick-up orders are processed on time, notifying members of any delays, and proposing alternative product options.
• Maintain facility safety through regular safety assessments and adherence to company policies.
• Offer exceptional service to members by assisting with purchases, processing transactions, and effectively resolving any member-related queries or issues.
• Ensure that the parking lot and designated areas remain clean and well-organized.
• Stay in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and ethical norms at all times.

Qualifications and Experience of Facilities Support Associate:
