Job Summary of Health & Wellness:

Whether helping patients get prescriptions filled or guiding them through the eyewear selection process, the role is focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality service. Associates in this area contribute to a healthier, happier shopping experience for all customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Health & Wellness:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and responding to customer questions promptly.
• Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyewear or processing pharmacy transactions.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with team members to support department goals and resolve customer concerns.
• Prepare for seasonal or promotional events that impact sales volume or workflow.
• Follow operational standards and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.

Qualifications and Experience of Health & Wellness:

• Must meet local and state certification or licensing requirements, if applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic math for product counts and transactions.
• Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or optical setting is preferred but not required.

Salary:

Hourly wage ranges from $15.00 to $45.00 depending on role and location. Additional pay includes performance based incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on work schedule, facility, season, and job responsibilities.
