Job Summary of Meat / Produce Team Supervisor:

This role ensure the Fresh area of the store remains fully stocked, clean, and organized. Responsibilities include rotating products, maintaining food safety standards, and arranging merchandise on the sales floor throughout the day. This role is essential for maintaining product quality and presentation in a high-traffic grocery environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Meat / Produce Team Supervisor:

• Keep the Fresh area fully stocked and properly rotated throughout the day.
• Follow and maintain all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Move and organize incoming merchandise to the salesfloor.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure they meet store presentation standards.
• Assist customers with product inquiries as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Meat / Produce Team Supervisor:

• Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work mid-shift and closing hours as scheduled.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus but not required.

Salary:

Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $32. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and shift-based premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour
