Job Summary of Sales Floor Associate:

Your duties will include guaranteeing that customers leave with a positive impression of our store by collecting carts from the parking lot, utilizing equipment to shift carts inside, and preserving the cleanliness and sanitization of the carts. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Floor Associate:

• Round up shopping carts scattered in the parking lot and move them indoors for convenience.
• Use cart-moving devices such as cart pushers to streamline the process of moving carts.
• Keep carts tidy and sanitized for customers to use.
• Elevate customer experiences through the delivery of outstanding service.
• Perform duties in all types of weather to maintain the availability of carts for customers.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Floor Associate:

• No prior expertise required; learn through on-the-job training.
• Shows a diligent attitude towards work and is capable of functioning in fluctuating weather conditions.
• Embracing a favorable attitude and a commitment to catering to customers' requirements.
• Exhibiting independence and proactive behavior in task execution.
• Ability to handle and propel carts is a requirement for this role.
