Job Summary:

This role focuses on accurately selecting and dispensing merchandise for online orders in a fast paced retail environment. Associates are responsible for walking the salesfloor, locating items, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and friendly service. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining Walmart’s high standards of service and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Walk up to 5 miles daily while fulfilling customer orders from online platforms.
• Review online orders, locate items across the salesfloor, and select merchandise with accuracy.
• Ensure all customer orders are picked and prepared in a timely and correct manner.
• Dispense orders to customers efficiently, often in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Provide exceptional service by smiling, greeting, and thanking customers with a positive attitude.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the designated order fulfillment and pickup areas.

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $14.00 to $26.00, with potential additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on tasks, schedules, or seasons.
