Job Summary of Delivery Team Associate:

This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience by ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of online orders. The position plays a key role in bridging in store operations with customer service by managing order pick up, loading, and delivery processes. It requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations through reliable service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Delivery Team Associate:

• Retrieve and organize online orders for efficient and accurate delivery.
• Load and unload products safely into delivery vehicles.
• Deliver merchandise directly to customers, confirming receipt and satisfaction.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing delivery-related questions or concerns.
• Assist with general upkeep and organization of the fulfillment area.

Qualifications and Experience of Delivery Team Associate:

• Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and comply with company delivery procedures.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Capability to lift and move merchandise as required.
• Self-motivated and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with mobile apps or handheld devices is an advantage.

Salary:

• $14 - $27 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
• Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on shift, facility, or duties.
