Job Summary of Truck Loader:

This role supports the operational flow of goods within a distribution center environment. It involves hands on tasks that contribute to the efficient handling, processing, and movement of freight through receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping functions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Truck Loader:

• Receive, unload, and sort incoming freight shipments.
• Process inventory using internal tracking and warehouse management systems.
• Pick and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare freight for shipping by labeling, wrapping, or packaging goods.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Truck Loader:

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment roles preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse tools and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and handle materials regularly.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Salary:

• Hourly wage ranges from $20.95 to $24.45 per hour.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties.
