Job Duties and Responsibilities of Bakery Associate:

• Regional Driving: Make no touch freight deliveries of merchandise to Walmart locations within the region.
• Secure Freight: Ensure the safe and secure transport of goods, following all road safety regulations.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service while delivering products on time to Walmart locations.
• Work Environment: Operate in a fast-paced and regulated environment while ensuring proper compliance with all driving laws and company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Interstate (Class A) Commercial Drivers License with Hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire).
• Minimum of 30 months of experience working in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 4 years OR successful completion of the Walmart Fleet Development Academy Program.
• No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years.
• Ability to live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or willingness to relocate within 90 days of hire.
