Position Summary:

Area Manager assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals. Supervises and develops associates and leaders in the assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting and upholding company policies, and identifying training and development needs. Manages facility inspection, preventive maintenance, and implementation, and collaborates with service contractors to ensure quality work and compliance with standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Area Manager:

• Supervise associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback, while teaching and supporting company policies.
• Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring work is completed according to company standards.
• Coordinate with external service contractors for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and execute action plans, supporting the business needs and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a culture of belonging and respect.
• Deliver results by putting customers first and making data-driven decisions.

Qualifications and Experience of Area Manager:

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field and 1 year’s experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area OR 2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or Logistics.
• Experience in supervising associates is preferred.

Salary:

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00.
