Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing a specific area within the store, guiding a team of associates to ensure optimal merchandise availability, department standards, and financial performance. It includes providing direction, mentorship, and support while ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Support and train associates in assigned area to meet performance expectations.
• Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and presented according to store standards.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and readiness of the department.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Plan and prepare for sales events or promotions impacting the department.
• Utilize basic math and inventory tools to maintain stock accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and manage time effectively.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking efficiently.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $16.00 to $36.00 depending on experience, and responsibilities. Additional compensation may include quarterly or aual performance incentives. Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on shift, season, or work duties.
