This position focuses on providing a positive customer experience at the store entrance by greeting shoppers, verifying receipts, assisting with returns, and ensuring a safe and secure environment. The role plays a key part in loss prevention efforts and supports store operations through attentive service and effective communication.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Asset Protection Customer Host:

• Welcome customers entering and exiting the store with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Verify customer receipts to ensure accuracy and prevent inventory loss.
• Assist customers with return processes and provide general store information when requested.
• Monitor front-of-store activity to help deter theft or unsafe behavior.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area to promote a safe shopping environment.
• Communicate effectively with store associates and leadership regarding incidents or concerns.

Qualifications and Experience of Asset Protection Customer Host:

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain alert and focused in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks as needed.

Salary:

• Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour.
