This role is designed to enhance Membership development and support by providing detailed information on Membership benefits, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and actively participating in sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities

• Provide customers with detailed information about Membership benefits and promote the value of company products and services.
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts promptly and accurately.
• Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth of Membership offerings.
• Assist with Personal Shopper responsibilities to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure product selections meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with business partners to improve Membership offerings and optimize retail and manufacturing processes.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives to improve customer experience, increase sales, and strengthen Membership growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in Membership management, customer service, or retail is preferred.

• Ability to process Memberships and credit accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in sales and marketing or retail operations is a plus.
