Job Duties and Responsibilities of General Store Associate:

• Make sure club pick-up orders are completed promptly, informing members about any possible delays, and providing alternative product choices.
• Ensure facility safety by conducting routine safety checks and following the protocols established by the company.
• Deliver outstanding customer support by aiding in buying decisions, handling transactions, and addressing member concerns.
• Keep the parking lot and designated areas clean and well-organized.
• Adhere to the regulations, protocols, and moral principles of the organization in every engagement and assignment.

Qualifications and Experience of General Store Associate:

• Prior experience in customer service or retail is desirable.
• Demonstrating proficiency in thriving in a high-speed work setting and efficiently organizing tasks based on their importance.
• Demonstrating proficient abilities in addressing issues effectively along with a dedication to providing exceptional customer support.
• Capability to remain upright for extended durations and operate in different weather conditions.
