Job Summary of Campaign Manager:
Walmart Coect is looking for a skilled Digital Media Campaign Manager to lead the execution and optimization of multi-chael digital advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for driving campaign success, collaborating with internal teams, and providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations. You will manage all aspects of campaign delivery, from pre-sale to post-sale, and contribute to the growth of Walmart Coect by delivering outstanding campaign performance across platforms.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Campaign Manager:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across a range of platforms including Display, Mobile, Social, Search, and Programmatic.
- Implement upper fuel (brand messaging) and lower fuel (conversion-focused) strategies in campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams, including account management, sales, and advanced analytics, to define campaign metrics and measure success.
- Ensure that all campaigns adhere to Walmart Coect’s best practices throughout their lifecycle.
- Maintain organized documentation for all campaign materials and assets.
- Manage day-to-day campaign maintenance, including addressing internal and external inquiries regarding campaign implementation, performance, and pacing.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and strategic insights to drive campaign growth.
- Collaborate with trafficking teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking and tag management.
- Provide ongoing analysis of campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Deliver detailed monthly audit reports to stakeholders and manage billing processes where necessary.
Qualifications and Experience of Campaign Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital media campaign management, including plaing, execution, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with paid digital chaels such as Display, Mobile, Social, Search, and Programmatic.
- Proficiency in campaign management and bid optimization techniques across multiple platforms.
- Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to consult sales teams on performance, optimizations, and new opportunities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as account management, analytics, and finance.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with ad servers and project management tools.
- Solid understanding of digital media plaing principles and strategy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to support after-hours on a rotational basis as needed.

Salary:
The aual salary range for this position is $96,000 to $186,000.
