This role supports operations by accurately selecting and preparing customer orders. Associates are responsible for shopping the store for online purchases, selecting quality products, and ensuring timely and friendly customer order dispensing. The environment is fast-paced, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves frequent interaction with customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Online Order Filler:

• Thoroughly select and procure items as per digital customer instructions.
• Responsibly fulfill requests while creating a cheerful interaction with patrons.
• Have a good understanding of where products are stocked in the store to facilitate swift decision-making for customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stocking of assigned areas.
• Help out colleagues in diverse departments as and when required.
