Job Summary of Store Team Member:
This role focuses on maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of apparel and accessory displays, directly impacting customer satisfaction and sales. The individual will be crucial in ensuring merchandise is always presentable and accessible, while also providing direct support to shoppers. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Team Member:
- Ensure all fashion merchandise is accurately priced and properly signed.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, sizing, and style recommendations.
- Execute daily replenishment tasks to keep sales floor stocked and organized.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Support the visual merchandising team in implementing new display concepts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience of Store Team Member:
- Prior experience in a retail environment or customer-facing position is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evening and weekend hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
- A keen eye for presentation and organization.

Salary:
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $15 to $28.
- Eligibility for performance-based incentive awards.
