Job Duties and Responsibilities of Grocery Associate:

• Assist customers by locating products and answering questions to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure the freshness of produce, dairy, meat, and other grocery items by checking temperatures and verifying expiration dates.
• Maintain product quality by removing expired or damaged items from shelves and ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Restock shelves regularly to ensure products are readily available and organized.
• Keep work areas, shelves, and display spaces clean, sanitized, and presentable for customers.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both customers and associates.

Qualifications and Experience of Grocery Associate:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
