Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Team Support:

• Guarantee the prompt fulfillment of club pick-up orders, informing members about any delays, and offering substitute product choices.
• Safeguard facility safety through periodic safety checks and compliance with company protocols.
• Provide exceptional support to members by assisting in their purchases, processing transactions promptly, and resolving any member-related concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in the parking lot and designated zones.
• Conform to the organizational guidelines, protocols, and ethical values throughout all engagements and tasks.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Team Support:

• Experience in retail or customer service is valued.
• Capability to perform optimally in a high-speed work environment and adeptly organize tasks based on urgency.
• Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and unwavering dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
• Being able to remain upright for extended periods and carry out tasks in diverse weather conditions.
