• Produce bakery items in adherence to recipes and the daily baking requirements.
• Comply with company standards by appropriately wrapping, labeling, and storing baked goods.
• Keep the bakery section in a pristine condition, organized, and customer-ready.
• Aid customers in a timely and precise maer when they order bakery products.
• Cooperate with coworkers to optimize efficiency and meet production goals.
• Capitalize on digital platforms to increase sales performance, enrich the customer experience, and improve team motivation.
• Follow the guidelines for food safety, sanitation practices, and inventory management to remain compliant.
• Champion the department's reputation by advocating for high-quality service and products.
• Guarantee that bakery products meet the necessary quality and date specifications.

Qualifications and Experience of Bakery Packager:

• Only individuals who are 18 years or above are allowed to join.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and excel in a swiftly moving work atmosphere.
• Having prior knowledge of food preparation, baking, or packaging is advantageous but not essential.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently and ensuring timely task fulfillment.
• Customer service expertise encompasses the skill to promptly and accurately aid clients.
• Strengthening skills in problem-solving to adeptly address challenges and maintain high operational standards.
