• Employ appropriate safety procedures when handling tools like knives and slicers.
• Examine the meat to ensure it meets the standards of freshness, quality, and expiry dates.
• Maintain precision in inventory management, labeling, and stock rotation processes.

• Adhere to all regulations and protocols regarding food safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications and Experience of Butcher:

• Individuals must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Capability to finish necessary job training and evaluations.
• Previous knowledge in meat carving, food sanitation, or sales experience is advantageous, although not mandatory for this position.
• Demonstrating a keen eye for detail, precision, and exceptional customer service abilities.
• Able to endure extended periods of standing and operating in chilly conditions.

Salary:
