Job Summary of Customer Service Representative:

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences by assisting shoppers, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key part in fostering a positive shopping environment while supporting the store's daily operations and policies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:

• Welcome customers as they enter and provide assistance with locating products and services.
• Answer inquiries and offer information on merchandise, store layout, and policies.
• Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and promptly.
• Handle customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at service desks and checkout areas.
• Follow Walmart procedures and guidelines during all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to support store goals and improve service levels.
• Stay up to date with training programs and service best practices.
• Practice all safety procedures and support a secure store environment.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Representative:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.
• Capable of multitasking in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.

Salary:

• $14 - $27 per hour
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on qualifying work factors.
