Job Summary of Walmart Counsel:

Join Walmart VIZIO as an experienced attorney specializing in commercial transactions related to digital advertising, data, and media. You will support VIZIO’s Platform business teams, including ad sales, data sales, and product teams, providing legal expertise in a fast-paced, technology driven environment. You will report to VIZIO’s Associate General Counsel and play a key role in supporting business initiatives and risk management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Walmart Counsel:

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as data licensing, professional services, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Advise on legal compliance related to federal, state, and local laws affecting business initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support strategic projects.
• Conduct legal research, investigations, and manage legal documentation.
• Represent the company before administrative and judicial bodies as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Walmart Counsel:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with a minimum of 4 years of legal experience.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• Preferred experience leading cross-functional teams.

Salary:

The annual salary range: $121,000 to $264,000.
