Job Summary of Food / Consumable Team Associate:

This position focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and effective merchandising in the food and consumable departments. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the salesfloor, setting up seasonal displays, and maintaining product availability to meet customer needs during mid shift and closing hours.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Food / Consumable Team Associate:

• Unload and stock food and consumable merchandise efficiently and accurately.
• Set up and maintain seasonal displays to align with promotional events and customer demand.
• Keep shelves organized, clean, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
• Assist customers by locating products and answering questions about merchandise.
• Ensure product quality and freshness by rotating stock and monitoring expiration dates.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures in handling food and consumable items.

Qualifications and Experience of Food / Consumable Team Associate:

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including mid-shift and closing hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store presentation standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous retail, grocery, or stocking experience preferred but not required.

Salary:

• Hourly wage: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Additional performance-based incentives and shift premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply.
