Job Summary of Project Material Supply Regional Utility Associate:

This role focuses on maintaining the Project Material Supply Warehouse, handling goods not for resale (GNFR). The position requires close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and associates to ensure proper storage and replenishment of project material inventory, while maintaining facility upkeep.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Project Material Supply Regional Utility Associate:

• Maintain housekeeping and safety of the facility by monitoring trash levels, removing cardboard, and reporting trash levels.
• Safely perform facility upkeep activities, including cleaning and maintaining internal areas, and operating sweeper/scrubber.
• Ensure facility upkeep equipment is in proper working order.
• Organize and stock supplies by moving pallets to staging areas and put away locations using Powered Industrial Trucks.
• Participate in on-the-job training for various Powered Industrial Equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and floor scrubbers.
• Ensure sufficient quantities of boxes are available for order fillers by monitoring levels and replenishing as needed.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals and groups (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).

Qualifications and Experience of Project Material Supply Regional Utility Associate:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
• Must be able to consistently lift up to 60lbs.
• Willing to be trained on power equipment (forklift, pallet jack, floor scrubber).

Salary:

• Starting at $18.75/hour with a pay progression plan ($0.50 increases at 90, 180, 360, 540, 720, and $1/hr at 900 days).
• The hourly wage range for this position is $18.75-$22.25.
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
