Job Duties and Responsibilities of Pharmacy Clinic Manager:
- Guarantee the accurate dispensation of prescriptions and administration of immunizations in accordance with the regulations established by the Board of Pharmacy.
- Optimize sales revenue and financial gains by managing the presentation of products, pricing strategies, inventory levels, and budgeting in the pharmacy and OTC departments.
- Guide and supervise pharmacy associates, fostering exceptional customer service and resolving problems following company guidelines.
- Manage community involvement activities, like Wellness Days, and inspire team members to get involved.
- Abide by legal, organizational, and regulatory requirements by implementing regular assessments, risk management strategies, and safety protocols.
- Monitor pharmacy operations to ensure they are in accordance with HIPAA requirements, SOPs, and quality assurance benchmarks.
- Track the inventory flow and address any challenges related to merchandise ordering and stock management.
- Illustrate effective financial management by monitoring budgets, reporting finances, and aligning with strategic goals.
- Encouraging a culture focused on patient safety and first-rate care necessitates setting precise expectations and enforcing accountability at all levels.
- Enact and monitor measures for compliance, focusing on billing procedures and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Develop a corporate environment that values inclusivity, promotes working together harmoniously, and prioritizes the professional development of team members.

Qualifications and Experience of Pharmacy Clinic Manager:
- Obtaining a Pharmacy Bachelor's degree, PharmD, or FPGEC certification authorized by the NABP.
- The possession of a valid pharmacy license is mandatory by the time of job entry.
- Achievement of the requirements of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program, such as the one provided by the APhA, pharmacy schools, or State Pharmacy Associations.
- Preference is given to candidates with pharmacy-related experience in the U.S.

Salary:
The salary bracket for this position aually falls between $112,000 and $197,000.
