Job Duties and Responsibilities of Walmart Operations Manager:
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and associates through verbal and written channels.
- Drive and execute business plans to meet facility goals, focusing on production, quality, safety, and operational improvements.
- Forecast staffing levels, workload, and performance results to align with business demands.
- Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with logistics and company quality and safety standards by maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
- Resolve concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers by exercising sound judgment or consulting others as needed.
- Supervise and guide associates and leaders by providing direction, monitoring performance, and delivering feedback.
- Identify training needs and provide opportunities for learning, growth, and development.
- Model company policies and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluations to build strong teams.

Qualifications and Experience of Walmart Operations Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field such as Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, or Operations Management.
- At least one year of experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail with responsibilities including supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers or supervisors.
- Experience managing workloads and participating in hiring and promotion decisions across multiple departments or areas.
- Completion of all required job-related training and assessments.
- Preferred qualifications include financial modeling and analysis, managing workforce challenges, budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss accountability, and supervisory experience.

Salary:
- Annual salary ranging from $68,640 to $139,000 based on experience and performance.
